WELCOME TO OUR PAGE ! Why Mexico ? It was not easy for us to pick a location to get married. We ruled out France because we did not like the idea of the TownHall ceremony and that everything would be in French ! As for Houston, we did not like the idea of a dull ceremony in a dull hotel conference facility... plus Houston lacks being attractive as a vacation spot for people who would be travelling 10 or even 24 hours to get here. We toyed with the idea of eloping, getting married just the two of us, in a far far away sunny kingdom, and then throwing parties in Houston and Paris with the video of the marriage as a background. |   |
But none of these felt quite right. The far far away idea stuck though; as well as the vacation and the idea of partying with friends and family. So, here is how we ended up planning our wedding and your vacation ;) ... Somewhere on the Riviera Maya, between Playa del Carmen and Cancun, Mexico. The name of the hotel, Le Rêve, the Dream in French, convinced us that it was the perfect place to be wed. A wedding in the Dream... we hope, a dream wedding ! So we wait for you all
